For requests related to support for fundraising events or prize donations for schools, sports teams or other local community groups, please visit your local Woolworths or BIG W store directly with a printed letter detailing your request on official letterhead. In-store applications must be submitted in hard copy at the Customer Service Desk. Please note that each store has a limited discretionary budget for community donations and may not be able to support every request.
