We use and share personal information to send you direct marketing messages, to present targeted advertising on third party sites, and personalise your experience on Woolworths websites and apps.

Here are some settings you can use to opt out of certain types of direct marketing, targeted advertising or personalisation.

Targeted advertising on third party sites and social media

Change your device or browser settings, such as incognito browsing.

Change your account settings on the third party site or social media account.

For Everyday Rewards members - log into your Everyday Rewards Account to manage your targeted advertising preferences.

Please note, these settings may not stop all types of online tracking technologies (e.g. pixels). You may continue to see advertising from Woolworths after utilising these settings.

Personalisation on Woolworths Group websites and apps

Change your device or browser settings.

Close your account/s with Woolworths Group brands you have signed up to (e.g. Everyday Rewards, BIG W, Woolworths Online).

Shop in-store without scanning your Everyday Rewards card.

 

To provide you with flexibility, each Woolworths Group brand or program manages direct marketing and targeted advertising preferences separately.  This means that your communication preferences for one Woolworths Group brand (e.g. Everyday Rewards) will not necessarily impact your communication preferences for other Woolworths Group brands (e.g. BIG W or MILKRUN). You will need to manage your preferences with each brand separately using the links below.
