Manage your marketing settings

 

We use and share your personal information to send you marketing messages, show you ads on other websites, and make your experience on Woolworths websites and apps feel more personal to you. Below are some settings you can use if you want to stop certain types of direct marketing, targeted advertising, or personalised content.

Use the unsubscribe link in the email or SMS.

Change your communication preferences in your account settings using the links below or by calling our Contact Centre on 1300 10 1234.

See the T&Cs for the relevant Woolworths Group program or brand for more details about email and SMS communications that we need to be able to send.

Targeted ads
Options available to you

Change your device or browser settings, such as incognito browsing.

Change your account settings on the third party site or social media account.

For Everyday Rewards members - log into your Everyday Rewards Account to manage your targeted advertising preferences.

Please note, these settings may not stop all types of online tracking technologies (e.g. pixels). You may continue to see advertising from Woolworths after utilising these settings.

Push notifications
Options available to you

Adjust your device notification settings within each of the apps.

Personalisation
Options available to you

Change your device or browser settings.

Close your account/s with Woolworths Group brands you have signed up to (e.g. Everyday Rewards, BIG W, Woolworths Online).

Shop in-store without scanning your Everyday Rewards card.

 

Remember, you manage your preferences brand-by-brand. Because we want to give you control for each service, setting your preferences for one brand (like Everyday Rewards) won't automatically change your preferences for others (like BIG W). You'll need to use the links for each brand separately using the links below.
