Thursday, 20 February 2014: Home Timber & Hardware has been crowned the 2013 ‘Hardware Store of the Year’ at last night’s Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
More than 50,000 consumers were asked to rate their shopping experiences and across the brands Home Timber and Hardware’s customer satisfaction rated ahead of competing brands.
James Aylen, General Manager Home Timber & Hardware, said credit for winning the number-one customer ranking belonged to everyone working in the stores.
