Woolworths Captive Insurance Pte. Ltd does not offer any insurance product to the public.

 

It only underwrites the risks of its parent company and related corporations as defined under Sections 5 and 6 of the Companies Act 1967 (Singapore) and such other risks as the Monetary Authority of Singapore may allow. Its immediate and ultimate holding company is Woolworths Group Limited, incorporated in Australia. 

Woolworths Captive Insurance Pte. Ltd has engaged Marsh Management Services Singapore Pte Ltd to be its captive manager and does not have any direct employees.
