Jane was appointed Managing Director, CustomerX in July 2024. The CustomerX function includes all customer-facing business areas, including customer insights, brand and marketing, digital, customer hub, rewards and loyalty and customer media.
Prior to this Jane was Chief Transformation Officer of Woolworths Group since December 2022, which included Group-wide strategy, transformation, sustainability, Metro, MILKRUN, W23 and other selective Growth businesses.
Prior to Woolworths, Jane was a Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she led Gamma, an advanced analytics business in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice.
Over the past 25 years, Jane has lived and worked in the UK, the US, and Australia where she has led customer-centric transformations, leveraged loyalty programs to incubate and launch digital businesses, and worked with large teams to drive and embed change.
Jane was appointed Chair of the Woolworths Group First Nations Advisory Board in February 2024.
Jane holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney.
Jane has been on the board of the Foundation of National Parks & Wildlife since 2018. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women.
